We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-oriented Relationship Officer to join our Credit Card Sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring and managing relationships with new and existing customers, promoting and selling credit card products, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and acquire new clients by understanding their financial needs and recommending suitable credit card products.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and trust in the company’s products and services.
Promote and sell credit cards through direct calls, emails, and meetings.
Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, explaining the benefits and features of different credit card offerings.
Meet or exceed sales targets set by the company.
Assist customers in the application process, ensuring all necessary doents and requirements are met.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, solving problems, and offering solutions that align with customer needs.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and changes in credit card products and services.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for customer acquisition and retention.
Requirements:
Fresh or 1 year experience in Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the financial services or credit card industry.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers.
Goal-oriented and self-driven with a passion for sales.
Knowledge of financial products, especially credit cards, is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
