Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Coffee Bartender / Barista to join our team at our office space. This individual will be responsible for providing exceptional coffee experiences to employees, creating a welcoming environment at our coffee counter, and ensuring a high standard of service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and cold brew, among others.
- Take customer orders promptly and accurately, ensuring personalized preferences are met.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee counter and equipment.
- Uphold health and safety standards in handling food and beverages.
- Engage with employees in a friendly and professional manner, creating a positive customer experience.
- Keep inventory of coffee beans, syrups, and other supplies, and place orders as needed.
- Collaborate with the office management team to suggest improvements and new offerings.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Barista or similar role in a café or coffee shop setting.
- Extensive knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and specialty coffee beverages.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness and quality standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible schedule to accommodate the needs of the office space.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification from a reputable barista training program is a plus.
- Prior experience in an office or corporate environment.
