We are looking for baristas to join a cutting-edge brand within its fitness operations across various gyms in Dubai to prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including various types of smoothies, milk shakes, coffee, blended drinks, as well as prepared and pre-packaged foods (such as crackers, sandwiches, and salads).
Barista responsibilities include educating customers on our menu, making recommendations based on their preferences, up-selling special items and taking orders. To be successful in this role, you should have customer service skills and knowledge of how to operate, clean, and maintain all beverage-related equipment, as well as storage and handling of all food. You should be able to accommodate various work shifts a various locations.
Note: This position includes a salary plus commission based on sales you generate during your shifts.
