We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks, maintaining the bar area, and providing excellent customer service.
Job Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
Monitor stock levels and reorder supplies when necessary.
Check the identification of customers to verify legal drinking age.
Provide friendly, efficient, and professional service to all guests.
Handle cash and process payments accurately.
Assist in training new bar staff as required.
Report any maintenance or safety issues to supervisors.
Job Requirements:
Previous experience as a bartender or in a similar role is preferred.
Knowledge of cocktails, drinks recipes, and bar equipment.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Punctual, reliable, and hardworking.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
