We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable Bike Food Delivery Riders to join our team in Dubai. As a Delivery Rider, you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely and efficient food delivery to our valued customers. Your responsibilities will include:
Delivering food orders to customers' locations promptly and safely.
Familiarizing yourself with assigned delivery routes and following navigation instructions.
Ensuring the correct order is delivered and handling cash payments, if applicable.
Providing excellent customer service and addressing any customer queries or concerns.
Maintaining cleanliness and proper handling of food during transportation.
Adhering to traffic regulations and maintaining safe riding practices.
Performing routine maintenance checks on the bike and reporting any issues.
Collaborating with the operations team to optimize delivery processes.
Valid UAE motorcycle license.
Own a reliable and well-maintained motorbike.
Knowledge of Dubai roads and neighborhoods.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Ability to handle cash transactions, if required.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Physically fit and able to handle the demands of the job.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
