Fully responsible on all products aftersales services; handles Handi related data in the system; Sending reminders to clients on expiry dates (if required); Handling all kind of client’s / customer’s complaints; Problem solving and present findings to release management and development teams; Troubleshoot client issues and provide short and long term solutions. ; Running aftersales service campaign twice a year; Handle other specific tasks as assigned by superiors and as required by the Company
1. Minimum Education – A university degree.
2. Previous Experience in after Sales duties.
3. Strong knowledge of computer applications including Microsoft office, Excel, Outlook, etc…
