Job Title: Boutique Manager
Location: Fragrance and Beauty Boutique – Dubai / Abu Dhabi
Our client is a multinational high-end luxury multi-category retailer. They have an excellent reputation both as employers and in the market.
Reporting to the Retail Manager and will be responsible in developing strategies to improve customer service, drive store sales, increase profitability, create store policies and marketing programs that will increase sales and grow the existing customer base.
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for creating a culture of service in the store.
Ensure the client’s satisfaction, even in difficult situations
Constantly inspire and motivate the team to work towards a common vision and purpose.
Analyze all aspects of the business
Analyze sales and marketing strategy changes by reviewing operating and financial statements and departmental sales records
Completes store operational requirements
Identify training needs to improve the knowledge base of the staff and utilize cross-training methods to maintain productivity when employees are absent
