Administration
•Interviews, hires, and trains a productive medical office team and conducts performance reviews
•Coordination of the day to day operations of the practice
•Design and implement business strategies to help the clinic meet organizational goals
•Manage staff by assigning and delegating tasks as needed
•Develop protocols and procedures to improve staff productivity
•Act as a liaison between patients, their families and care staff
•Promoting excellent customer service by all levels of the staff
•Ensure that all policies and procedures function in accordance with Oman Labour Law
Finance
•Build solid common finance system for all branches
•Plan and manage the clinic's budget and approve payroll
•Review the monthly payroll before it goes to sponsor for final signature.
•Perform quarterly and annual employee reviews and provide constructive feedback on their performance to help them meet professional goals
Procurement and Purchase
•Ordering stock and supplies for the clinic.
•Overseeing the purchasing, maintenance, and repair of clinic equipment.
•Always get 3 quotations for all key supplies before purchasing
•Standardize the purchase for all branches
Business Development
•Continuously explore opportunities to grow the business and start services
•Continuously search for ways to grow number of patients
