Negotiate and execute all bunker purchasing contracts with suppliers
Handle in-house bunker purchase requirement
Manage bunker quality and validation processes
Able to update bunker job schedule daily.
Monitor and coordinate efficient and timely bunker deliveries and handle any cancelations a amendments when required
Resolve all deliveries, disputes, and claims between suppliers and customers
Validate and process of payment for bunker purchase
Ensuring compliance with purchasing procedures
Analyze, tabulate, and circulate marine fuel market information to stakeholders
Maintain and update operations documentation.
Develop new business opportunities
