Job Description

This role involves performing business and system analysis to assess or upgrade existing business processes and systems. You will be responsible for the design, testing, and implementation of the systems to create solutions that satisfy our clients’ unique business needs. Looking for a Support staff with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
• Preparation and issue of routine a ad-hoc manageme reports and presentations.
• Engagement with Client’s Departments, in implementing actions related to Customer Satisfaction Survey resul.
• Assist Planning and Quality Department during the preparation and execution of major projects.
• Validate and ensure that any system modificatio shall pass User Acceptance, Functional & Regression (where applicable) Testing, prior to release into a production environment.
• Verify and Validate audit activities, to ensure objectives of the initiative are met and consistency with the process and system architecture defined under IBD project.
• Coordinate troubleshooting of issu that may surface during the use of the systems vis-à-vis Client’s IT Department.
• Reflect any proce changes and enhancements in the associated Departmental ISO Documentation.
• Fully engage with relevant Client’s departments to make necessary changes,
slight changes to the system configurati to Client’s requirements.
• Submit monthly reports with activities associated in the above and the report shall include:
• Brief of Tasks undertaken during the period- started, in progress & completed
• Brief of Initiatives undertaken during the period – started, in progress & completed.
• Planned Activities for the upcoming month
• Time- Sheets – Copies of timesheets for reporting month
• Contract Budget Utilization:
o Man-hour usage- hours utilized vs. combined total estimate for the contract.
• Prepare and maintain a Task & Initiatives Reporting & Monitoring dashboard, to be updated on a weekly basis and consists of:
o Tasks and Initiatives being carried out with an Executive summary of each
o Critical Activities and bottlenecks
o Completi Timelines for each ta (Planned vs Actual)
o Drill-down ability to Ta information, providing quick access to:
a. Milestone Documen
b. Up – dead roster of correspondence with concerned stakeholders
c. Minutes of Meetings
o Updated Manning Charts
• Approval of the Monthly reports shall serve as the basis for monthly invoicing by the Consultant.
