We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Consultant to join our team. This role involves driving sales, providing consultations, and facilitating the business setup process for clients wishing to establish operations in Qatar. You will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, liaising with government authorities, and ensuring the smooth setup of businesses in different zones across Qatar.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Development: Generate and develop leads, drive sales, and manage the license application process.
Client Consultations: Provide consultations to clients on business opportunities in Qatar and advise on the best zones for their business setup.
Lead Generation & Strategic Partnerships: Develop new lead channels, identify areas of business growth, and establish strategic partnerships and networking opportunities.
Client Interaction & Relationship Management: Interface directly with clients, assisting them through the company formation process and maintaining strong client relationships.
Business Setup & Doentation: Prepare, consolidate, and submit all necessary doentation for company formation on behalf of clients. Assist in obtaining licenses and approvals from government departments.
Business Presentations: Develop and present business opportunities to clients, including recommendations for business zones, structure, and growth strategies.
Company Structure & Business Plans: Help clients prepare their business plans, company structure, and profiles of partners and shareholders.
Bank Account Setup: Assist clients with opening bank accounts and identifying appropriate premises for their business operations (commercial, industrial, or warehousing).
Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth project delivery and to meet client needs.
Sales Reporting: Submit mandatory daily work reports to the manager detailing ongoing operations, new sales pipelines, and client activities.
Client Portfolio Management: Manage and advise on client portfolios to ensure appropriate business setup for each client’s requirements.
License Renewals: Manage license renewals for clients and offer such services to new clients.
CRM Maintenance: Update and maintain the CRM system for opportunity tracking, pipeline management, and accurate reporting.
Market Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of the Saudi business setup market to position yourself as an expert and credible advisor.
Proven experience in business setup, sales, or client management.
Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach.
Familiarity with the licensing and business setup process in Qatar.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and excellent reporting skills.
Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
