1. Self-motivated and self-driven.
2. 2+ years’ experience in Business Development in Oman.
3. Experience in Manpower or HR consultancy is mandatory.
4. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
5. Advanced knowledge of MS Office, Customer Relationship Management, and internet search.
6. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (or related field).
7. Must possess strong customer service skills.
8. Excellent written and verbal communication.
9. Must be detail-oriented and an active listener.
10. Must have a valid Oman driving license.
11. Ability to work under pressure.
