Our team is currently seeking a Senior Sales Executive who is experienced and focused on achieving results.
Education And Work Experience Requirements:
B in business administration or equivalent (Required).
Good Computer skills (Microsoft Office).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving.
2-4 years of Sales Coordinator experience (Required).
Testing, Inspection & Certification (TIC) industry experience (Required).

Job Responsibilities:
Communicate and coordinate with Clients and Sales team by managing schedules, filing applications and communicating relevant information.
Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material.
Respond to complaints from customers and give during and after-sales support when requested.
Store and sort all relevant doents and data in electronic form and present reports.
Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems.
Monitor the progress, identify shortcomings, and propose improvements.
Coordinate with Operations and Accounts team.
Ensure adherence to laws and policies.
