This role offers an exciting opportunity for someone with the drive to prove themselves, showcase their abilities, and help grow both the client base and the team.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Cold Calling: Proactively identify and engage prospective clients through cold calls, emails, and networking. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities.
Client Engagement: Effectively communicate with potential clients, understand their needs, and deliver customized proposals that align with their requirements.
Sales Presentations: Prepare and present persuasive sales pitches that demonstrate the value of our cleaning, housekeeping, and hygiene services.
Follow-up & Negotiation: Maintain regular follow-ups with leads, negotiate terms, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Site Visits: Conduct on-site evaluations to ensure service proposals meet client needs.
End-to-End Sales Process: Take ownership of the full sales process from initial contact to contract signing, ensuring smooth handover to operations for service implementation.
Social Media Management:
Create content for the company’s social media presence on platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook, driving growth through engaging content and consistent audience interaction.
Respond to social media inquiries and build online relationships.
Track and report social media performance to adjust strategies as needed.
Marketing & Branding:
Contribute to the development and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional materials.
Help raise brand awareness through digital and offline marketing efforts.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs, ensuring that our services remain competitive and aligned with market demands.
Team Collaboration & Growth: Partner with leadership to help build the team and contribute to the company’s long-term growth.
Reporting & Analysis: Regularly report on sales and social media growth, providing insights and strategies for continued improvement.
Key Skills & Requirements:
Proven sales experience, preferably within the cleaning, housekeeping, or hygiene services industry, B2B.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships.
Strong cold calling, lead generation, and closing skills.
Experience in managing social media platforms and growing engagement.
Self-driven, with a passion for proving yourself and contributing to the company’s success.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, start-up environment with a strong sense of ownership.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Experience with CRM systems and marketing tools is a plus.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
Prioven experience in sales, preferably in the cleaning, housekeeping, or hygiene services industry.
Experience managing social media and executing marketing campaigns.
