You will be responsible for expanding كيميح’s network by identifying and onboarding beauty and wellness businesses, using your skills in relationship building and sales to meet and exceed targets.
What You Will Be Doing:
* KPIs: Consistently meet and exceed business development targets for onboarding new salons, spas, and wellness centers.
* Outreach: Use a variety of outreach methods, including phone, email, and social media, to connect with key decision-makers and bring in new business.
* Selling: Present, promote, and sell the platform’s benefits through tailored demos and presentations to prospective partners.
* Sales Cycle: Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation and prospecting to closing deals.
* Partnering: Conduct needs assessments with potential partners, ensuring that our solutions align with their business goals and demonstrating how كيميح adds value.
* Collaboration: Work closely with the internal team to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new partners.
* Market Trends: Stay informed about industry trends and provide valuable feedback to the team to help shape future strategies.
* Lead Management: Ensure timely follow-up on all qualified leads and doent all interactions and outcomes within our CRM.
* Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for business partners on all commercial activities, fostering long-term relationships.

What We Are Looking For:
* Experience: Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of success, ideally within SaaS, online marketplaces, or payment platforms.
* Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the beauty, wellness, or tech industries is highly desirable.
* Relationship Builder: You are a natural at building and nurturing professional relationships, with a hunter mentality for new business.
* Organized: You are able to multitask, prioritize, and manage your time effectively, ensuring deadlines are met.
* Curiosity: You are eager to learn and continuously improve your skills and knowledge.
* Languages: Fluency in English is essential and Arabic Preferable
