The Opportunity
We are looking for a driven, well-connected Business Development Consultant to join us on a commission basis. This is a flexible, results-based role — you work your own hours, leverage your existing network, and earn generously for every client you bring on board.
What You Will Do•Identify and approach potential clients who are relocating to, investing in, or establishing businesses in Dubai•Present our services confidently and professionally•Manage initial client conversations and hand over to our team once the client is confirmed•Build and maintain relationships within Dubai’s business and expatriate community
What We Are Looking For•Based in Dubai with an established network•Experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management•Confident communicator — in person and digitally•Self-motivated and comfortable working independently•Background in concierge, real estate, finance, or hospitality is an advantage
Compensation•Commission only — 10-15% of each confirmed client contract•Earning potential AED 8,000–15,000+ per client•No cap on earnings•Payment made upon client payment received
