About the candidate - Business Development Executive:
- Minimum of five years of solid Corporate Services and consultative solution-selling background in GCC or elsewhere;
- Extensive working knowledge of Corporate, Company laws, and Company structures;
- Shall demonstrate thrives on dealing with people (of all grades);
- Problem-solving skills with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution;
- Organized and capable of maintaining focus on multiple projects at the same time;
- Target-driven and people-oriented while being able to communicate effectively with clients;
- Able to find new ways to bring new clients;
- Converting incoming and outgoing calls and e-mail inquiries by contacting old or unqualified leads to successful transactions;
- Problem-solving skills with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution;
- Strict confidentiality and Clients non-disclosure;
- Professional spoken and written English and Germ language skills;
- Excellent administrative and organisation skills;
- High attention to detail;
- Ability to work effectively under pressure;
- Ability to work well in a team as well as independently;
- Flexibility in working hours (evenings, weekends as and when required);
- Flexibility in travelling within and outside of the UAE.
The role will evaluate the candidate's extensive corporate solutions knowledge at the screening.
Remuneration will be evaluated based on the interview and the candidate's experience:
Employment Visa;
Basic salary & Commission;
Health Insurance;
Yearly flight ticket.
