As a Business Development Executive, you will play a critical role in driving the growth and success of F2C SOFTWARES. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, establishing strategic partnerships, and expanding our customer base. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software sales and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. Responsibilities:
Identify and target potential clients through various channels, including online research, networking events, and industry conferences.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target organizations.
Understand client needs and requirements, and effectively communicate how our software solutions can address their business challenges.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our software products.
Develop and deliver compelling sales proposals and negotiate terms and conditions to close deals.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective lead generation strategies.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts to the management team.
Work closely with the customer success team to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation of new clients.
Participate in industry events and conferences to enhance brand visibility and expand professional network.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth, preferably in the software industry.
Strong knowledge of software sales processes and techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
Ability to understand client needs and articulate the value proposition of software solutions.
Demonstrated ability to deliver persuasive presentations and product demonstrations.
Self-motivated and target-driven, with a strong desire to succeed in a competitive sales environment.
Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to handle objections and overcome challenges.
Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and opportunities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in business development or sales roles within the software industry.
Familiarity with software development methodologies and technologies.
Existing network of contacts within the target industry or market.
