Requirements:

- Years of proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively
- Strategic mindset with the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Self- motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
