a. 2–5 years’ experience in business development, sales, or account management
b. Experience in recruitment, HR tech, or staffing services is a plus
c. Proven record of achieving or exceeding B2B sales targets
d. Knowledge of recruitment lifecycle, staffing models, or workforce solutions (RPO, temp staffing)
e. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
f. Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable with cold outreach
g. Tech-savvy with experience using CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
