Our client is now recruiting for a Business Development Manager - Arabic Speaker to be based in Jeddah KSA

Job description and functional responsibilities
• Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.
• Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements; tracking individual contributors and their accomplishments.
• Regularly studies competitors presence in the market and new launches. Compares strong and week sides of brand with competitors.
• Determines and advises development of assortment in modern retail. Studies market prices and develop price strategy.
• Works with secondary customers of distributers in order to determine their needs and increase products portfolio.
• Works with food service partners in order to optimize their costs and offer customized products solutions.
• Processes and analyzes product specifications received from partners. Controls progress of development and launch of new products. Understands and participates in budgeting of new products. Evaluates Volume and Value of potential results.
• Determines best options of new product launches. Develops and contracting new partners for customized products.
• Permanently monitors price changes in the market as well as changes of market trends. Screens market sensitivity in particular products and particular suppliers as well as potential business deals by analyzing market strategy.
• Knows and understands annual targets of the country and analyzes influence of personal result on annual target achievement.
• Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
• Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
• Prepares reports on regular basis and by request.
