Business Development Manager — Commission-Based (Remote / Bahrain & GCC)
QUBITX ONE GLOBAL is a remote-first technology consulting firm delivering Cloud Infrastructure (A, IT Governance & Compliance, and Managed IT Services to enterprises across the GCC, India, and worldwide — backed by 18 years of banking-grade security experience.
We're looking for an independent Business Development Manager to grow our client base among law firms, financial institutions, clinics, and SMEs who need serious IT governance and cloud infrastructure — no fixed office, no rigid hours, work on your own schedule.
What you'll do:
Identify and approach prospective clients in your network (legal, financial, healthcare, SME sectors)
Open conversations around compliance risk, cloud migration, and cybersecurity needs
Coordinate with our technical team to shape proposals
Support deals through to signed contract
Compensation:
100% commission-based — 20–30% success fee per closed deal, paid after client payment is received
No cap on earnings — the more you close, the more you earn
Recurring commission on managed-services retainer clients
Who we're looking for:
Existing network in Bahra SME, legal, financial, or insurance circles
Comfortable with a commission-only structure (no fixed salary)
Confident having a business conversation about compliance and IT risk — training provided on our specific services
