Job Responsibilities:
• Research and identify potential clients through daily phone calls, e-mails, professional networking platforms etc. and generate leads.
• Keep prospective client database updated.
• Work on meeting with corporates and give presentations in order to secure business.
• Maintain strong relationship with existing and new clients and ensure high standards of service.
• Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives with the help of the Marketing team.
• Attending all Recruitment conferences, meetings, job fairs and other industry events
• Achieving revenue targets and meeting individual and team KPI in a fast moving and competitive recruitment environment.
Develop and close business opportunities with strategic accounts throughout the UAE region to meet assigned business objectives.
Lead and influence customers in network decisions. Contribution in the potential business ideas and research for the same
Requirements: • A minimum of 3-4 years of relevant experience working within the recruitment industry
• Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Business or equivalent
• Good working knowledge of the GCC recruitment market
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Target oriented with the expertise to work under.
