Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Business Development & Sales Executive to drive new business opportunities and foster strong client relationships. This role is ideal for a proactive individual with a passion for media production and a proven track record in sales and business development. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new leads, managing client accounts, and contributing to the overall growth and success of our company

Key Responsibilities:


Lead Generation & Prospecting:
Identify and research potential clients and new market opportunities within various sectors (e.g., corporate, advertising agencies, non-profits, etc.).
Generate leads through various channels, including networking, cold outreach (email, calls, social media), industry events, and referrals.
Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM software.
Sales & Negotiation:
Understand client needs and effectively communicate our company's services and value proposition.
Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client requirements.
Negotiate contract terms and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets.
Prepare sales reports and forecasts.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any concerns promptly and professionally.
Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services to existing clients.
Market Research & Strategy:
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands in the media production landscape.
Contribute to the development and execution of sales and business development strategies.
Provide feedback to the production team based on client interactions and market insights.
Collaboration & Communication:
Work closely with the creative and production teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to project execution.
Collaborate with marketing to align sales efforts with marketing campaigns and materials.
Represent the company professionally at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.


Candidate Requirements

Proven experience in a business development, sales, or account management role, preferably within the media production, film, advertising, or a related creative industry.
Strong understanding of the media production process and services (e.g., video production, animation, post-production).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills (both written and verbal).
Demonstrable ability to negotiate and close deals.
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven with a strong work ethic.
Ability to build rapport and maintain positive client relationships.
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and MS Office Suite.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Film, Media Studies, or a related field.
An existing network of contacts within relevant industries.
Experience in creating sales proposals and presentations.
Familiarity with social media marketing and digital sales techniques.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
