Job Description:
1. To own the sales funnel & drive sales closure with higher conversion rate.
2. Achieving a sales target of 12-15 projects month on month through a team of 8-10 designers. Output- Get new project bookings.
3. Customer experience & relationship management.
4. Training team to do sales & enabling them to achieve sales targets.
5. Must have good knowledge of Interior Designing
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in sales & BDM.
3+ years of experience in B2C sales.
Bachelors qualification or Higher management degree.
