3) Monitor and manage inventory levels of rental vehicles, ensuring availability and proper allocation to meet customer demands.
4) Ensure high-quality customer service by training and supervising staff in dealing with customer inquiries, complaints, and requests efficiently and courteously.
5) Oversee the reservation system, manage vehicle scheduling, and ensure accurate booking records.
6) Must ensure that an aggressive sales strategy is adopted to achieve sales and revenue.
7) Stay updated on industry regulations, safety standards, and legal requirements related to car rentals and ensure the company's adherence to them.
8) Implement cost-effective strategies to optimize operational expenses.
9) Prepare regular reports on key performance metrics.
10) Handle escalated customer issues and operational challenges.
11) Collaborate with senior management to develop and manage budgets for operational expenses, capital investments, and improvements.
12) Contribute to the growth of the car rental business by identifying opportunities for expansion, improved service offerings, and customer engagement.
