J Summary:
Customer-Facing. Sales-Driven. Tech-Savvy.
We’re looking for a driven and dynamic Customer Service & Sales Representative who can manage inbound and outbound communications across phone, WhatsApp, and Instagram, while also proactively driving sales. This hybrid role blends customer service excellence with sales hustle. The ideal candidate will help customers, close deals, and work hand-in-hand with our operations team to fulfill orders.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries across multiple channels: phone calls, WhatsApp, and Instagram.
Handle CRM tickets and ensure timely and professional communication with all leads.
Proactively follow up with leads and past customers to convert them into paying clients.
Make outbound calls to both new and old customers to promote services, upsell offers, and generate new sales.
Understand customer needs and communicate them clearly to the operations team (parts, services, bookings).
Track all customer interactions, sales leads, and opportunities through CRM systems.
Assist in building and maintaining a sales pipeline via consistent outreach and follow-ups.
Meet or exceed KPIs related to sales conversion, customer response time, and call volume.
Help refine scripts, sales tactics, and CRM workflows to improve performance and efficiency.
Maintain a positive, helpful, and professional tone at all times.

The ideal candidate…
Has experience in customer service a call center sales roles, especially in a automotive-related or tech company. They’re bilingual, tech-savvy, persuasive, and can multi-task under pressure.
Skills, Experiences, and Qualifications Needed:
MUST be fluent in both English and Arabic.
Previous experience in customer service, telesales, or call center roles is highly preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Confident phone presence; comfortable making outbound sales calls.
Familiarity with CRM platforms and omni-channel inboxes (WhatsApp, Instagram DMs, etc.)
Comfortable working with KPIs, targets, and sales incentives.
Good understanding of the sales funnel and customer lifecycle.
Ability to work independently while staying aligned with a team.
Organized, detail-oriented, and fast at following up with leads and tasks.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the automotive or tech industry.
Previous experience with CRM platforms like Zendesk, Trengo, or HubSpot.
Diploma or university degree in business, marketing, or related fields.
KPIs:
Sales Conversion: Number of closed sales from inbou leads.
Customer Engagement: Response time and quality across WhatsApp, phone, and Instagram.
Call Volume: Number of outbound calls made per d.
Customer Retention: Follow-up effectiveness with past clients and repeat sales.
Support SLA: Timeliness and quality of responses to customer queries.

Location:
This is a part-time role based in Kuwait City. 5pm-10pm
You’ll be required to visit the office occasionally but with remote flexibility.
