Job Description

This role is for experienced professionals in contact center operations and customer service, supporting one of Dubai’s esteemed government clients. You will manage quality standards, perform internal audits, and ensure service excellence in line with Dubai Government service indicators. The role involves developing and updating service delivery frameworks and assessing the effectiveness of processes. Strong technical knowledge of contact center systems is required. This is a one-year contract, with potential extension based on performance.

Candidate Requirements

a. Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in contact center operations and customer service environments
b. Strong technical understanding of contact center systems and technologies
c. Familiarity with Dubai Government service indicators, quality standards, Dubai Model, and 360 Services
d. Experience in developing and updating service delivery standards
e. Experience in conducting internal self-assessments and audits
f. Knowledge of excellence policies and related frameworks
g. Strong communication and analytical skills
