• Responsible for overall camp facilities including kitchen and diners.
• Prepare staff work schedule and ensure the compliance
• Supervise all camp cleaning, maintenance, transportation and catering
works are going and meeting standards.
• Review maintenance preventive program
• Coordinates between Catering Supervisor and Maintenance staff to
ensure proper implementation of the regular and preventive maintenance
program.
• Ensure on time water, electricity and gas supplies.
• Control food stuffs stocks and prepare requisitions on time for GM
approval and issuing POs
• Coordinate daily operations with camps administrator officer
• Revise residents Check reports before summation to head
office and getting customer approval
• Follows the pest control schedule and other contractors' services
performance
• Plan camp requirement and control all aspects consumption.
• Minimize the cash purchase as possible and submit the camp petty
cash reimbursement as per set agenda
• Prepare and submit staff time sheet on monthly basis
