Greet and welcome guests at the table
Responsible of serving guests (taking the order, delivering food, beverages, etc.) in a timely manner
Stay updated on daily reservations
Assist commis in cleaning and resetting tables and maintain orderly appearance of side stations throughout the service period
Assist commis in glass and chinaware polishing
Perform side work at the start and end of each shift including restaurant cleaning and set up and stations’ refill
Apply the company opening and closing procedures as per the checklists
Keep management promptly and fully informed of any servi operational issues
