We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Car Rental Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, a deep understanding of the car rental or leasing industry, and excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities:
•Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while proactively seeking new business opportunities.
•Provide expert advice and recommendations on car rental and leasing options based on customer needs.
•Manage inquiries, handle bookings, and ensure smooth customer transactions from start to finish.
•Drive sales efforts through proactive lead generation and follow-up.
•Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
•Ensure all rental agreements and transactions are completed in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
•Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth operations.
Qualifications:
•Experience: More than 5 years of successful experience in sales, preferably in the car rental or leasing industry.
•Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of car rental and leasing operations, including vehicle options, pricing structures, and customer requirements.
•Driving License: A valid Qatar driving license is required.
•Language Skills: Excellent command of English, both written and oral. Additional language skills will be a plus.
•Availability: Preferably locally available in Qatar with a flexible approach to working hours.
