Job Description
Merriments Motors is looking for motivated and result-oriented Sales Executives to join our growing used-car sales team in Ajman Auto District.
The main responsibility of the Sales Executive will be to sell used cars, generate customer leads, build strong customer relationships, and actively promote vehicles through social media and other marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities
* Sell used cars and achieve monthly sales targets.
* Handle walk-in, phone, WhatsApp, and social media enquiries professionally.
* Promote vehicles through Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, WhatsApp and other social media platforms.
* Create and post engaging car content, including photos, videos, reels and vehicle promotions.
* Generate new leads through social media marketing and other sales activities.
* Follow up with customers and convert enquiries into sales.
* Maintain strong and professional relationships with customers.
* Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicles.
* Have a good understanding of cars, specifications, features, G specifications and basic vehicle knowledge.
* Understand car finan calculations, including monthly EMI, down payment and basic loan requirements.
* Coordinate with banks and customers during the vehicle financing process.
* Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
* Ensure a professional customer experience from enquiry to vehicle delivery.
Requirements
* Good knowledge and genuine interest in cars.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* Good customer relationship and follow-up skills.
* Knowledge of social media marketing and promoting cars online.
* Basic understanding of bank finance, EMI and loan calculations.
* Target-oriented, energetic and self-motivated.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
* UAE Driving License is an advantage.
* Candidates who are confident in front of the camera and comfortable creating car-related content for social media will have an added advantage.
* UAE automotive sales experience is preferred.
