The Expert Advice is a dynamic and reputable immigration consulting firm dedicated to providing comprehensive immigration services to individuals, families, and businesses .We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Immigration Case Processing Officer (preferably Malayalam and Hindi speaker only) to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in assisting clients with various immigration processes, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing expert advice to facilitate successful immigration outcomes.

Job Responsibilities:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Immigration processes in Australia and Canada, focusing on the Australian Investor Program (AIP), Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) in Canada, and the Express Entry program in Canada.
Thoroughly review immigration applications to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with relevant immigration regulations for relevant countries.
Verify and authenticate supporting doents submitted with applications, ensuring they meet the specified requirements.
Responsible for filing and processing of PR and work permit applications.
Provide guidance to clients on doentation, timelines, and procedural requirements.
Maintain regular communication with clients, keeping them informed about the status of their applications.
Address client queries and concerns promptly, providing professional and accurate information with excellent customer service skills.
In-depth knowledge of visa and permanent residency application procedures and requirements.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month.
Experience: Immigration processes in Australia and Canada, focusing on the Australian Investor Program (AIP), Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) in Canada, and the Express Entry program in Canada, with a target processing time of one year.
