Job Description:
As a Restaurant Cashier, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they receive a warm welcome and efficient service. You will be responsible for handling transactions, managing the cash register, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers as they enter the restaurant and provide a welcoming atmosphere.
Accurately process customer orders and handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions using the restaurant’s POS system.
Ensure the cash register is balanced at the beginning and end of each shift.
Issue receipts and manage any returns or exchanges.
Assist with answering customer inquiries about menu items, specials, and promotions.
Coordinate with the kitchen and serving staff to ensure orders are fulfilled promptly.
Maintain a clean and organized cashier area.
Assist with seating guests and managing the flow of customers during busy times.
Follow all company policies and procedures regarding cash handling and customer service.

Qualifications:
