*Prepare and serve food according to company standards.
*Coordinate with kitchen staff and delivery riders to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
*Monitor delivery portal order status and address basic order-related issues.
*Maintain cleanliness and follow food safety and hygiene standards.
*Provide excellent customer service and support daily restaurant operations.
*Visa transfer is mandatory.

*Previous experience in a fast-food restaurant, café, or similar food service environment is preferred.
*Knowledge of online delivery portal operations, including Talabat, Snoonu, and Rafeeq.
*Experience in order processing and dispatch coordination.
