Collaborate with the management team to develop and update menus based on customer preferences and market trends
Source and select high-quality ingredients from trusted suppliers
Monitor and manage kitchen equipment, ensuring proper functioning and maintenance
Stay updated on culinary trends and techniques, incorporating new ideas into menu development
Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
Culinary degree or relevant certification is preferred
Proven experience as a Chef in a reputable establishment
Strong culinary skills and a passion for creating exceptional dishes
Excellent knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines
