Responsibilities:
Create and execute innovative and authentic recipes inspired by a wide range of international cuisines.
Prepare and present dishes with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring exceptional taste, quality, and presentation.
Stay up-to-date with culinary trends and incorporate them into dish presentations.
Maintain high standards of culinary execution and professionalism.
Manage inventory, control food costs, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of ingredients, techniques, and flavors associated with different global cuisines.
Creativity and the ability to develop unique and enticing menu offerings.
Exceptional culinary skills and a keen eye for detail.
Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
