1.Financial Reporting and Audit Compliance:
•Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow
statements. Must have knowledge on Cost to completion method for the fabrication industry.
•Ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards.
•Coordinate with auditors for annual financial audits and regulatory compliance
2.Cash Flow Management:
•Manage cash flow and working capital effectively.
•Ensure the company has adequate liquidity to meet its obligations.
•Planning for payment to supplier and other utilities.
3.Budgeting and Cost Control:
•Maintain budget control within SAP by uploading, reviewing, and keeping records of the budget.
•Prepare and manage the company's budget, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
•Monitor and control costs to optimize profitability.
•Identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
4.Financial Planning and Analysis:
•Monthly preparation of MIS, Fund Flow Statement, Cash Flow Statement and Present it to the senior management.
•Prepare and analyse financial reports, budgets, and financial forecasts.
•Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions and provide recommendations to senior management.
5.Taxation and Compliance:
•Manage taxation matters, including corporate taxes, VAT, and other applicable taxes.
•Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations, filing tax return as per timelines.
•Work closely with tax consultants to optimize the company's tax position.
6.Others
•Fixed asset and inventory management
•Bank operation i.e. managing of bank account, reconciliation and keeping control on discrepancies in bank
statements.
•Preparation of APG, PBG, LC etc as per project requirement
•Renewal process for all type of Insurance like workmen compensation, equipment’s insurance, employee’s health insurance etc
•Sales accounting including Issuance of sales invoice.
Bachelor of Commerce
15 Year experience for Accounting and Finance
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in SAP, Excel, and PowerPoint
