Additionally, they may be required to collaborate with the kitchen staff, take inventory of ingredients, and assist in menu planning and recipe development.
Culinary Skills: Extensive knowledge of Chinese culinary techniques, ingredients, and traditional recipes.
Experience: Previous experience working as a Chinese cook or in a similar role, preferably in a restaurant or hotel setting.
