Job Description

We're seeking an 4 year experienced Cinema Manager to oversee daily operations, curate engaging film programming, ensure exceptional customer experience, and Implement marketing strategies to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing cinema operations, staff, and customer relationships. Salary and additional incentives will be provided upon mutual agreement.

*Key Responsibilities:*
1. Manage daily cinema operations, including ticket sales, concessions, and customer service.
2. Lead and motivate a team of staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer experience.
3. Ensure compliance with cinema policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations.
4. Develop and implement film programming strategies to attract diverse audiences.
5. Collaborate with distributors, filmmakers, and industry partners to secure releases and promote films.
6. Analyze box office trends and adjust programming accordingly.
7. ⁠implementing Marketing Strategies to improve the business

*Requirements*:
1. Minimum 4 years of experience as a Cinema Manager in the UAE.
2. Strong leadership and management skills.
3. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
5. Knowledge of cinema operations, film programming, and health and safety regulations.
6. Passion for films of all genres.
