We are seeking a skilled and experienced Civil Engineer to join our consultancy firm in Ajman. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience working as a site engineer also, with a some background in consulting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit drawings in accordance with Ajman Municipality rules and regulations.
- Demonstrate proficiency in various engineering software and tools.
- Review tender doents thoroughly and prepare detailed material tables and specifications.
-Review the quantity and price for bill of quantities (BOQ) from contractors.
-Prepare payment doents.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a consulting firm as a site engineer.
- Have knowledge of Ajman Municipality rules and regulations.
- Proficiency in engineering software (such as AutoCAD, and other relevant tools).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-Knowledge of reviewing quantities and pricing for BOQs from contractors.
- Ability to review and interpret tender doents and prepare accurate material tables and specifications.

-Following the site activities.
- Coordinating with subcontractors.
- Preparing payment certificates for subcontractors.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
