Job Description
1.Carry out the work based on the Architectural and MEP scope of work mentioned in the BOQ & related drawings.
2.Knowledge in checking the site dimension, levels, and reading in conjunction with the drawings and raising any concerns.
3.Fill out day work and any kind of permits required by the ma.
4.Study technical drawings, and specifications of Interior fit-out works.
5.Ability to communicate with workers, foreman, engineers, and sub-contractor owners to execute effectively.
6.Ability to read the project program, and continuously monitor and track project progress.
7.Manage and monitor project materials inventory and its utilization and submit reports as and when required.
8.Compile data and prepare regular reports as per manageme requirements
9.Report to SP on a day-to-day basis.
10.Liaising with Mall management, and consultants for the smooth operation of the project.
11.Ensure all teams adhere to the site HSE requirements.
12.Escalate all additional work to the concerned person in the organization.
13.Prepare As built quantities and coordinate with the QS team.
14.Check and Coordinate with various subcontractors to prepare As-built drawings
15.Ensure projects are completed satisfactorily, on time, and within budget.
Requirement
1.Education qualification – Diplo in Civil or Interior.
2.Minimum 2 to 4 years of UAE work experience
3.Driving License mandatory
4.Experience in retail / Fit-out
5.Flexible to work at different working hours.
