About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Civil Engineer with a strong background in telecommunications infrastructure to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in civil works related to telecom site builds, upgrades, and maintenance, and will play a key role in supporting the deployment of telecom networks.
Key Responsibilities
•Oversee and manage civil construction activities for telecom projects including site acquisition, tower erection, and foundation works.
•Ensure all work complies with local regulations, safety standards, and company procedures.
•Coordinate with cross-functional teams including project managers, site engineers, and subcontractors.
•Prepare and review technical drawings, site layouts, and material specifications.
•Conduct site inspections, quality control checks, and progress reporting.

Candidate Requirements

Requirements
•Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
•Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in civil engineering with at least 2 years in the telecom sector.
•Strong understanding of telecom tower structures, foundation designs, and site civil works.
•Proficiency in AutoCAD and project management tools.
•Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
•Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
Preferred Qualifications
•Experience with fiber network civil infrastructure is an added advantage.
•Familiarity with local telecom regulations and permitting processes.
