Blue Dolphin SA is seeking an experienced Civil Estimation & Marketing Coordinator to manage project quotations and marketing activities for civil construction projects in Dammam or Riyadh. The role involves preparing accurate cost estimates, reviewing BOQs and tender doents, and managing the complete bidding process. You will be responsible for project doentation, coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors for competitive pricing, and supporting client communication to drive business growth. This position requires a technical understanding of excavation works and Right of Way (ROW) across various soil types, ensuring all proposals are commercially viable and technically sound.

a, Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
b, Minimum 2 years of experience in civil estimation and doentation
c, Strong knowledge of tendering and bidding processes for civil works

f, Possession of a transferable Iqama and immediate availability in Saudi Arabia
