We are seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor (QS) with at least 8 years of experience in the construction and project management field in UAE to join our team. The successful candidate must be from I N D I A and able to join as soon as possible.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting cost estimation and preparing tender doents
- Managing project costs and budgeting
- Evaluating and negotiating contract terms
- Providing advice on cost management and value engineering
- Conducting site visits and measurements
- Coordinating with various stakeholders including architects, engineers, and contractors
