Key Deliverables
Supervising and control the assigned execution activity from the conceptual development stage through final construction by planning and on-site activities and ensuring its execution in adherence to the plans at the required quality, standards and specifications and within the defined timeframe, in addition to overseeing the arrival and utilization of materials and equipments.
Job Description
· Managing the execution of construction plans using the specified resources and equipment, planning and following up day-to-day activities and programs
· Supervising assigned on-site operations including land clearing, landscaping, building construction, excavation and erection of structural framework…etc, and ensuring its implementation in alignment with the project plans.
· Ensuring that all operations are being held as per the standard construction methods and procedures and complies with standards and regulations, and taking all safety precautions.
· Leading the completion of all required tasks on time and requesting modifications in plans and schedules when needed and finding the solution to problems that may cause delays.
· Follow up the construction method statements, reviewing the correspondence and ensuring that the construction related documents are being properly maintained and available when needed
· Meeting with professionals, including quantity surveyors and foremen to maintain the quality control procedure, methods and safety checking
· Preparing reports regarding various construction operations held on-site, clarifying work methodologies, resources and equipment, building codes used, adherence to safety and environment standards and regulations, quality of work and expenditures
· Ensuring that adequate resources are being provided, specifying plant equipment requirements and coordinating with any shortages or inconvenience in materials or equipment
· Monitoring subordinates productivity and fostering the implementation of adequate production systems to enhance their performance, and inspecting all work processes to ensure high efficiency and effectiveness
