Responsibilities:
Cleaning and Sanitizing:
Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting.
Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchen areas, and other designated spaces.
Dispose of waste in an environmentally friendly manner.
Surface Maintenance:
Wipe and polish surfaces, including windows, glass partitions, and mirrors.
Ensure all surfaces are free from dust, dirt, and stains.
Stocking and Maintaining Supplies:
Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies as needed.
Report any maintenance issues or supply shortages to the supervisor.
Adherence to Health and Safety Standards:
Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a clean and safe environment.
Use cleaning chemicals and equipment in accordance with safety protocols.
Collaboration:
Coordinate cleaning activities with other team members to ensure efficiency.
Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues regarding tasks and priorities.
Flexibility:
Respond to special cleaning requests or emergencies as they arise.
Be adaptable to changes in schedule or cleaning procedures.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services preferred.
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and techniques.
Ability to lift and move objects, including heavy cleaning equipment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Excellent time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand, bend, stoop, and lift for extended periods.
Comfortable working with cleaning chemicals and following safety guidelines.
