As a Cleaner Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating cleaning operations to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are met. This is a vital role in maintaining a clean and pleasant environment for our customers and employees.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the work of cleaning staff, providing guidance and support.
Assign cleaning tasks and schedules to ensure efficient and timely completion.
Train new cleaning staff on cleaning procedures, equipment usage, and safety protocols.
Inspect and evaluate the quality of cleaning performed, maintaining high standards.
Order and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment inventory.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to cleaning staff.
Previous experience in a supervisory role in the cleaning industry is preferred.
Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, techniques, and equipment.
