A Cleaner in food service industry worker who ensures the workplace is always clean and sanitary. They perform a range of duties, including dusting or mopping and sweeping floors and dishwashing and other duties assigned. They also make sure restrooms, office, production area and common areas maintain cleanliness in all the times by performing routine inspections every day at specified times.
Cleaner responsibilities include:
Cleaning, stocking supplies and supplying designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning, office cleaning, dishwashing, etc.)
Performing and doenting routine inspection and cleaning activities
Carry out heavy cleaning tasks and special routine task.
Job brief
We are looking for a Cleaner to take care of our production facilities and carry out cleaning and other duties.
The goal is to keep the facility in a clean and orderly condition.
Responsibilities
Clean, stock and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning, office cleaning, dishwashing, etc.)
Perform and doent routine inspection and other duties
Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special work assignment.
Stock and maintain supply rooms
Cooperate with the rest of the staff
Follow all health and safety regulations
Requirements and skills
Proven working experience as a Cleaner
Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery
Knowledge in cleaning chemicals and different kind of cleaning supplies
Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets
