1. Perform cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and polishing surfaces.
2. Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, showers, and floors.
3. Empty and dispose of trash and recycling bins.
4. Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces.
5. Maintain cleanliness in common areas such as lobbies, hallways, and reception areas.
6. Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are stocked and properly maintained.
7. Follow safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals in accordance with instructions and guidelines.
8. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
9. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
10. Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and requests in a friendly and professional manner.
Qualifications:
1. Previous experience in cleaning or housekeeping preferred.
